Today, i’m excited to announce the public preview of a new workspace experience in power bi. @rodion once you publish the app, you just need to go back to the workspace and you should see the update app button in the upper right.clicking that brings you back to the same dialogue options and you can click on access to see who has access to the app. When you create an app workspace, in the background it also creates an exchange online group, and if you do not have access to create the groups, it will fail when trying to create an app workspace.
Creating an app provides more features around publishing and navigating an app workspace. Collaboration doesn’t end with workspaces in power bi.
